Tiger Woods’ PopStroke Tampa / Wesley Chapel to open Friday, February 17

PopStroke Entertainment Group, owned by Greg Bartoli, Tiger Woods’ TGR Ventures, and TaylorMade Golf Company, has announced the opening of its sixth location – PopStroke Tampa/Wesley Chapel. This state-of-the-art facility will be located in the Cypress Creek Town Center on 25297 Sierra Center Blvd., Lutz, Florida, and is set to open on Friday 17th February. The new facility marks the fifth PopStroke location to open in Florida with three more venues planned for Glendale and Scottsdale, Arizona and Delray Beach, Florida in the next half year.

Founder Greg Bartoli is delighted to be presenting PopStroke, an exclusive entertainment experience, to the Wesley Chapel-Tampa area. This concept revolves around getting pals together for a fun and stress-free time on the golf course, with additional perks such as cuisine, beverages, ice cream, and other services. The region’s combination of families, senior citizens, and young adults makes it an ideal place for PopStroke to grow as it expands throughout the Sunshine State and beyond.

Tiger Woods explained, “The shape of this property allowed us to get creative and build one of our most unique golf courses.” I am thrilled to see PopStroke join the Tampa community with recreational and professional golfers and people of all ages and interests. PopStroke is a great way to spend time with family and friends.”

Tiger Woods‘ New Entertainment Center in Wesley Chapel Opens Feb 17

To join a powerhouse ownership group that includes Tiger Woods and PopStroke Entertainment founder Greg Bartoli, TaylorMade Golf Company made a material investment in PopStroke earlier this year. As a result of the partnership, family-oriented values, an optimistic outlook on golf’s future, and a comprehensive growth strategy are core elements that aim to make golf more accessible and fun for more people.

David Abeles, President & CEO at TaylorMade, expressed his enthusiasm for joining the PopStroke team by noting the momentous opening of the Tampa property and its distinctively designed course. With this addition, there are now five PopStroke venues across Florida and the ability to offer a unique golfing experience to players of all ages and skill levels. Not only is the expansion of PopStroke cause for celebration, but it also has the potential to bring more people to the sport in a warm atmosphere.

With two 18-hole putting courses, PopStroke is a technology-infused golf entertainment venue that features Tiger Wood’s TGR Design team’s unique golf experience. The venue features an outdoor dining area with a full menu, craft beer, wine, signature cocktails, an ice cream parlor, an outdoor game area, and a playground.

As seen on traditional golf courses, TGR Design created two 18-hole putting courses entirely with synthetic turf, including undulations, fairways, bunkers, and rough. Even the most experienced putters will find this course challenging with its strong contouring and tricky hole locations. The Tiger Black Course, on the other hand, has softer contours and is ideal for families and new golfers.

PopStroke’s mobile App enhances the experience with a digital scorecard, on-course drink delivery, showcasing scores on a digital scoreboard, and earning loyalty rewards.
