In two separate PGA ceremonies, Troon’s Founder and Executive Chairman Dana Garmany has been honored recently by both the PGA of America and the Southwest Section of the PGA. In Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the 105th PGA of America Annual Meeting, Garmany was honored as the First PGA Golf Executive of the Year, headlining a class of 12 PGA Professional honorees recognized for excellence, accomplishment, and contribution to their sections and communities.
A week later he became the 47th recipient of the Southwest PGA Golf Professional of the Year Award, the highest honor by the section to a PGA Professional.
