The Landings Club, Savannah’s Island Living Choice

Savannah, Georgia’s First City, is the third best travel destination in the country and the ninth best in the world according to Time Inc.’s Travel and Leisure. While the Hostess City is receiving accolades as a top travel destination, many do not know about Savannah’s best kept secret-The Landings Club, the city’s Choice for Island Living. This golfer’s paradise is located on 6,500 acre Skidaway Island, an interior barrier island just 12 miles from downtown. Once known for catering to retirees, The Landings Club has undergone a shift in demographics and programming, resulting in a vibrant, active community full of all ages and different interests.

Among the many privileges that accompany membership at the Landings is the opportunity to play not one, but six, yes 6-18 hole private championship golf courses designed by such masters as Palmer, Fazio, Hills and Byrd. Each layout is stylistically unique, showcasing the natural beauty of the Island as well as the distinctive mark of its designer. Savannah Golf Championship Coming to The Landings Club
