Sean Cain, a 20-year golf professional, has been named lead instructor of The Reynolds Kingdom of Golf presented by TaylorMade at Reynolds Lake Oconee. Cain has spent the past 12 years as head golf professional at the Legends at Chateau Elan in Braselton, Ga. A graduate of Shorter University in Rome, Sean has a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing.

“The Kingdom and its accompanying courses are the perfect fit for me to incorporate my skills and grow the instructional sphere of influence to the Reynolds Lake Oconee community as a whole,” said Cain, who served as first assistant golf pro at Legends at Chateau Elan for seven years prior to his promotion in 2006.

At the state-of-the-art operation at The Reynolds Kingdom of Golf, a 16-acre campus adjacent to the AAA Five Diamond Award-winning Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee, and close to all 117 holes of Reynolds’ highly acclaimed championship golf courses, Cain will be responsible for member, resort guest, and junior instruction.  The instruction curriculum — which integrates Reynolds Kingdom of Golf teaching and coaching staff — includes golf fitness training and complete swing and body analysis. Two fully enclosed studios are equipped with the latest high-tech teaching innovations.

“Under Sean’s leadership for the past dozen years, Legends at Chateau Elan thrived with his accomplishments, such as building an impressive junior program essentially from the ground up,” said Wes Forester, PGA Director of Golf, Reynolds Lake Oconee. “He will have a positive impact at the Kingdom of Golf and will build strong relationships with those who rely on us to help improve their playing techniques.” The Reynolds Kingdom of Golf combines a creative, comprehensive golf academy adaptable to all golfers, with an unmatched technology and TaylorMade custom golf club fitting experience.
