Jonathan Yarwood is New Director of International Junior Golf Academy

jonathan yarwoodInternational Junior Golf Academy (IJGA), a full time boarding golf academy in Bluffton, South Carolina, with a 20 year history in developing junior golf athletes, announced the appointment of Jonathan Yarwood as the Director of Golf Instruction to lead the athletic development program.

Yarwood, a British PGA Master Professional, has a long standing career that speaks for itself. Jonathan has trained a U.S. Open winner, 2 U.S. Amateur winners, 2 U.S. Girls’ winners, 3 AJGA Players of the Year, Four #1 juniors, a Collegiate #1 and a winner on six major tours around the world. In 2011, he was recognized for his contribution to the game by being the youngest person to become a United Kingdom PGA Master Professional. Yarwood was also voted a “Top 20 Teacher under 40” by Golf Digest, and has been named “Best Teacher in Florida Rankings” for over a decade.
