Sanctuary Ridge – New Chef

Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club in Clermont Florida is proud to introduce our New Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director, Jennifer Cappello. Chef Jennifer specializes in Italian and French Cuisine and is working hard on creating a new menu that will be available this spring for the restaurant and catered events.

Chef Jennifer got her start in business almost 15 years ago and has worked at variety of restaurants, hotels and country clubs. Most recently she was the Executive Chef at Eagle Creek Golf Club, Executive Sous Chef at Emeril’s at City Walk Orlando and also the Executive Chef at Lake Mary’s Vineyard Wine Company. Jennifer has many accolades including “Best Emerging Chef” title from Orlando Homes and Leisure and 3 silver spoons and Wine Spectators “Award of Excellence.”

She is currently featuring a weekly “Friday Dinner” Prix fixe menu and daily specials and soups in the restaurant with a great view during the week.

About Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club

Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club is the hilliest course in all of Central Florida with 18 very distinctive and challenging holes. The 7005 layout has a slope of 139 and rating of 74.2 from the back tees and was designed and built by Terry LaGree in 1999. The Club is managed by the outstanding Billy Casper Golf Company and maintained very well. There are no parallel fairways and very little water and your golf experience will be a great one because of the fine service everyone receives there.
