Golfers and tennis players in Central Florida can now enjoy a fresh new experience at the 50,000 square foot interactive PGA Tour Superstore, located at 7603 Turkey Lake Road. The dwindling number of sports stores in recent years will be changed overnight as the growing Tour Superstore chain with 22 locations nationwide opens its doors to avid golf and tennis enthusiasts.

“PGA Tour Superstore is recognized as the retail authority for golfers who want to shop like the pros and have access to ‘all things golf’. Our professional expertise and interactive environment inspires all types of golfers-from beginners to scratch- to play the game and find everything they need under one roof,” said PGA Tour Superstore President and CEO Dick Sullivan. ” We are delivering to Orlando, above and beyond, the best destination in golf. And for tennis players, we have the latest and widest selection of brand name equipment and apparel.”

At the grand opening held earlier in December, they gave away over $30,000 in products, and made a commitment to grow the game of golf by donating $10,000 to the First Tee of Central Florida. PGA Superstore Chairman Arthur Bank (retired co-founder of Home Depot & owner of the Atlanta Falcons) serves as a Trustee of The First Tee, a 501c3 nonprofit youth development program that builds character, instills values and promotes healthy choices through the game of golf. Integrity Golf Management, The First Tee of Central Florida partner, has 3 locations providing programing; Hunters Creek, Metro West, and Stoneybrook West. Golf Clubs. Visit for more information.

“Orlando represents a premier market for our expansion and is the ideal place to introduce our brand,” added Sullivan. “We look to double our presence over the next four years with up to 40 locations across the country by 2018, adding one million square feet of new golf and tennis retail space.” There are 2 other stores in Florida, Naples and Delray Beach, 3 in the Atlanta metro market, 2 in Myrtle Beach and 3 in Texas. The Orlando Superstore will employ 40 -50 people.

The new PGA Tour Superstore experience will include:

  • Certified Golf Professionals and personalized tennis lessons.
  • 7 Swing simulators for lessons and custom club fitting, including a TOUR Van fitting.
  • 3 performance practice bays with swing analysis.
  • A 2,000 square foot practice green, and in house club making and repair.
  • Golf apparel, shoes and equipment from all the major companies.
  • Tennis equipment and apparel from all the major brands.

“We are equipped to serve a broad range of golfers and tennis players, with an emphasis on offering the industry’s finest brands and providing the broadest array of services to meet each of our customer’s needs,” noted Blank. “We make it easy to get in and stay in the game, and we look forward to bringing our store’s products, services and expertise to golfers and tennis players in Orlando, and to being a positive contributor to the community.”
