Links Insight and NGCOA Georgia Announce Strategic Partnership

Links Insight, a provider of powerful business intelligence tools and meaningful education for public golf facilities, announces a partnership with NGCOA Georgia that will allow members to use Links Insight data to achieve better business results.

georgia golf“I believe strongly in the data provided by Links Insight,” said Matt Brown, Executive Director of NCGOA Georgia. “Links Insight is able to supply valuable information about the business of golf in this region which not only helps me to be better educated when talking to our members but also gives our members greater knowledge that ultimately allows them to manage their business using fact based analysis and benchmarking.”

As part of the partnership, Links Insight will provide a special report for the NGCOA Georgia to distribute to current and future members. The report will reflect a number of key performance indicators related to rounds and revenue as well as channels of distribution. There is no cost to NGCOA Georgia members for this report.

“We are pleased to be partnering with NGCOA Georgia,” said Kirk Pagenkopf, Co-Founder and CEO, Links Insight. “Not only will they receive an exclusive report that every member in their chapter can benefit from, they will also be setting the stage to help each of their members better understand their business and in the end, create a better business model.”

NCGOA Georgia members will also be invited to join Links Insight individually at a special member rate to receive custom reports for their facilities. Subscribers to Links Insight can benchmark their own performance against the performance of all or some of the member clubs. Links Insight subscribers assess, manage, and improve the financial and operational performance of their own facility. Many think the goal of benchmarking is to ensure a facility is within the norms. The goal of Links Insight is to help subscribers understand the norms so they can take their facility to a new level.

“Most of our members are making the best decisions they can with the information they have,” added Brown. “However access to the right information can have a significant impact on a facility’s financial and operational performance. We feel that the Links Insight benchmarking allows our members to understand, manage, and improve the operational and financial performance of their individual facilities.”
